Natural convection method, excellent in temperature uniformity
A natural convection method is employed in which contamination in the chamber hardly occurs and the sample is not easily dried. Since the chamber is heated by the air jacket installed outside the temperature chamber, it is excellent in temperature uniformity in the chamber. In addition, it is possible to observe the inside of the chamber while maintaining the chamber temperature due to the double door structure with the tempered glass inner door.
